My Jump Lab is an advanced evolution of popular apps designed for measuring sports performance. It combines all the tests from My Jump 2, My Lift, My ROM, Runmatic, My Mocap, ForceData, Nordics, COD Timer, and Readiness, along with many new tests, all conveniently located in one place!

Our apps are widely used by coaches, elite athletes, physiotherapists, and researchers worldwide. The accuracy of our apps has been scientifically proven in over 10 international studies.

Using My Jump Lab is incredibly easy. You don't need any additional accessories; simply use your device's slow-motion and sensors to accurately record various aspects of your performance. Additionally, tutorials are available to help you maximize the benefits of your workouts.

With My Jump Lab, you can utilize all the tests from the aforementioned apps without the hassle of switching between different applications. This streamlines your workflow significantly as all your equipment, users, and apps are consolidated in one place!

With My Jump Lab, you can measure over 30 tests including vertical jumps, 40-yard dash, runs, sprints, changes of direction, and even motion capture – all with a level of accuracy comparable to expensive lab equipment.

 <li>Jumping: CMJ, SJ, CMJ free arms, DJ, optimal Force-Velocity Profile, horizontal jump, single leg asymmetry and 10-5 repeated jump</li>
 <li>Velocity-based training: measurement of mean concentric velocity, load-velocity profiling, 1RM estimation, velocity loss, and barbell trajectory tracking</li>
 <li>Running and Sprinting: contact/flight times, leg stiffness, leg asymmetry, pronation/supination, contralateral pelvic drop, linear sprint time with splits, ALTIS Kinograms, 5-0-5, 5+5, V-Cut and Illinois COD tests</li>
 <li>Mobility: range of motion for ankle dorsiflexion, neck flexion/extension, hip flexion and internal rotation, shoulder flexion and internal rotation</li>
 <li>Wellness: sleep, fatigue, stress and soreness questionnaires</li>
 <li>Hamstrings strength: Nordic hamstring breakpoint angle and torque calculation</li>
 <li>Force-time curves: real-time raw force time curves using the accelerometer</li>
 <li>Motion capture: real-time knee valgus and squat depth measurement using markerless motion capture</li>

Note: My Jump Lab works best with slow-motion videos. The motion capture feature requires the A12 chip available on devices such as iPhone XR or higher, or iPad Pro 2018 or higher.

Try the app for free for 7 days. After the trial period, a monthly, yearly, or lifetime subscription is required to access all the app's functionalities and tests.

What does the subscription include? Full access to all tests available in My Jump Lab, as well as all current and future features.

When will I be charged? Your credit card will be charged for the chosen subscription period after the free 7-day trial period ends, through your Apple account.
